How our quote process works
1. Share your details
Complete the form below with a short summary of your goals and circumstances. A few sentences is all we need to get started.
2. We review your enquiry
One of our advisers reads your request and considers which of our services genuinely fits — or whether a simple pointer in the right direction is all you need.
3. Receive your written quote
We reply by email, usually within two business days, with a fixed-fee quote and a plain-English outline of what is included.
4. Decide in your own time
There is no obligation to proceed. Take the quote away, ask questions, and engage us only when you are comfortable.
Quote request form
Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. We only use your details to prepare and send your quote — see our privacy policy for how information is handled.
Helpful things to mention
- Your broad goal — for example retiring at 60, buying a first home, or organising superannuation
- Roughly where you are today — working, self-employed, close to retirement
- Whether you want one-off advice or ongoing support
- Any deadlines you are working towards
Please do not include sensitive documents or numbers — such as Tax File Numbers, superannuation member numbers or bank account details — in your initial request. We will arrange a secure way to exchange documents if we proceed.
What your written quote will include
- The specific service we recommend and why
- A fixed fee, so you know the full cost before committing
- What is included, and anything that would be quoted separately
- An indicative timeline for delivery
- What we would need from you to get started
Our quotes are prepared the same way for everyone: transparent, itemised and free of hidden ongoing fees. If we do not believe we can add value to your situation, we will tell you so rather than quote for the sake of it.
No obligation, no pressure
Requesting a quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Many people use our quotes simply to understand what professional financial advice involves and what it should cost — and that is completely fine by us.
If you would rather ask a question first, you are welcome to email us directly at ceo@tchfinancial.site or use our contact page.
